Day 5, 6, 7

These past few days have been good. Slowly I've been finding more foods that I can eat that are not processed like organic eggs, different kinds of fruits and nuts, and certain vegetables. It's tough to eat vegetables raw, and it's really tough to make dishes with just vegetables - it's not really something I naturally enjoy. I do like carrots, celery, peas, corn, potatoes, beans, etc but when you're buying organic not all of these things are in season all the time, like corn! Canned corn is a no-no for this diet, and I guess I'm so used to buying corn in a can I don't even think about it.

Gas prices are super high, I'm engaged, and I'm trying to save up for the future, so this is probably the absolute worst time for me to be spending money on a diet like this. However, I figure at the end of the day it's really important to have my health.
