It's late but I will update with my weight in the morning. Had some great meals in the last few days- had a few cheats as well. :/. Life moves fast and part of me says "enjoy it now, eat whatever!" While the other side says "be smart. Eat for your health and you'll be glad you did later on." I'm a young guy but I am very careful with my life. I don't party and only drink occasionally, my biggest obstacle is always stress. I really need to get that under control!
